Can I just have this palette in my collection, pleeeease?
Day 24: Which do you like; cream, liquid, matte, powder, sheer or shimmer eyeshadows?
I LOVE MATTE-POWDER EYE SHADOWS. (Idk, I felt like stating that in all caps?) I really don’t like cream or liquid shadows- unless they’re a base or a paint pot- I hate how those crease quickly and don’t wear well on me. I love matte and powder shadows just because they look more natural and defined at the same time. I like my eyes to be subtle, but to also stand out by framing and enhancing my eye color. Occasionally, I enjoy wearing shimmer eyeshadows for like events, parties or the holidays :)
Day 23: Favorite eyeshadow palette and blush palette? (yesterday’s post)
Originally, I was just going to say that I only had a favorite eyeshadow palette; because I didn’t really have a blush palette at all- but with this recent purchase- I was head over heels with the new NARS Danmari All About Cheeks Palette. I’ve only had it for 24 hours and have tried all of the shades out and wore 3 of them today (Hungry Heart, Casino & Orgasm). I was lucky enough to get the last one at my local Sephora (even though there was this little unseemly scratch on it that I can’t seem to remove and it had fingerprints on it :/ )- it’s all good in my hood. Then there’s my beloved NAKED palette, which I cannot say enough good things (other than it needs more matte shades, but I love all the color selections regardless). I tend to only use this palette on special occasions or whenever I feel like it- just because I’m afraid to ever hit pan on it haha. These two are my current favorite palettes. What are yours? :)
